Refund policy

At Hydrogrip, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, please be aware of the following terms regarding refunds:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully before making a purchase.

  • Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, provided that the issue is reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team with your order details, an image and a description of the fault.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
